Nothing Says Luxury Like the 2014 Buick Regal GS
The redesigned 2014 Buick Regal GS has a load of new features and has been test driven, but recently Motor Trend took their inspection a step further taking a look at the new Regal GS and its powerful performance stating the GS is essentially a sports package, but better. With its features, upgrades, and revised design the Regal GS comes ready to play.
The new refreshed regal GS houses a 2.0-liter turbo, 6 speed transmission with 259 horsepower and reaches a peak torque at 2500 rpm which is 500 less than the standard Regal.
Less in this case does mean more as this should make the Regal GS fast, if not faster. The Regal GS runs 0-60 in 6.2 seconds and a quarter mile in only 14.6 seconds. Its powerful no question, and by carrying over half its weight in the front it definitely gives the GS a well-balanced feeling.
Although the Regal GS AWD is more expensive than others in its class, its standard features are far most extensive. The Regal GS features the new generation IntelliLink infotainment system with navigation, premium sounds, HID headlights, parking sensors, and a heated steering wheel. Motor Trend ranks the GS as the top pick when it comes to style.
The Buick Regal GS has the style, technology, and the power to be able to compete against its big competitors in Europe and Japan and just might be the one to watch in the luxury sport sedan class.
