Which 2017 Buick Envision trim is right for you?
The Buick brand has made a modern statement with their latest lineups, proving that the automaker is in touch with the needs of today’s families.
The 2017 Buick Envision is a small luxury SUV that caters to the everyday family, providing a spacious and comfortable interior while also offering the performance and aesthetics expected of a luxury vehicle.
Now in its second model year in America, the Envision is presented as elegant-but-athletic with a sculpted exterior, winged headlamps, LED-accented taillights, chrome details and even a rear spoiler.
The different trim levels—Envision (base), Preferred, Essence, Premium and Premium II—allow drivers to customize their driving experience. Standard features include push button start with keyless entry, rear vision camera with park assist, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while features such as driver memory settings, forward collision alert and automatic parking assist are standard on higher trims.
Most notably for performance, the Premium and Premium II trims include a 2.0-liter Ecotec Turbo 4-cylinder engine with all-wheel drive and active twin clutch. Alternatively, both the Preferred and Essence trims allow drivers to add-on all-wheel drive, but they do not come with the turbocharged engine.
Inside whichever Envision you select, the experience is one of class and comfort. Heated front seats and premium soft-touch materials give passengers plenty of room to stretch out, while the flexible cargo area with release levers pair well with the standard hands-free power liftgate. Buick’s QuietTuning technology keeps outside noise where it belongs through the use of Active Noise Cancellation and sound absorption, giving you the calm drive you deserve.
Passengers and drivers alike will enjoy the Envision’s smartphone connectivity and other innovations like a built-in 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, surround vision camera, adaptive cruise control and GM’s Teen Driver mode make for a tech-minded ride.
